Dr. Cindy Hodgson, MS, PT, PhD, is a physical therapist and exercise physiologist working in the field of wellness for 30 years. She believes wholeheartedly in practicing what she teaches and is passionate about helping others learn about the fascinating connective tissue in our bodies called fascia. 
 
Her journey has led her to become a John F Barnes Myofascial Release Expert Level Physical Therapist. This expertise has shown her a way to treat herself, her patients and clients by connecting into the miraculous fascia which is the scaffolding of every cell in the body and the missing link in health care. 

An understanding of this invisible network which is the environment of every structure in the body opens up a new world of wellness for all who care to learn and experience the miracles of treatment. 
 
Dr. Cindy is owner of Essential Therapies LLC in Toledo, Ohio, a wellness studio focused on wholistic and alternative physical therapy, massage therapy, therapeutic exercise, nutrition education, energy clearing and myofascial release.
